HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

2. DISCOVERY CALL

Establish a Roadmap

After the Discovery call you will be assigned your own personal coach that will be your guide and go-to resource throughout the process

3. GATHERING EVIDENCE

Medical Evidence

If you have any type of Medical Evaluation, Psych Evaluation, IMO, or a Nexus Letter, your coach can help set up appointments with our partnered Medical Providers to get you your needed documents and support. These documents are crucial for your success, and a sound investment

4. PREPARING FULLY DEVELOPED CLAIM

Preparing for Success

We have “Your 6” every step of the way! Our Veteran coaches will guide you in preparing a fully developed claim for yourself, and coach you on how to file. We Do Not file your claim for you nor do we have power of attorney.

5. CLAIM SUBMISSION

You Got This!

The submission process can be tricky in knowing exactly how to submit your claim. We can go through the process & show you how to do it, this way you are prepared to complete it yourself successfully.

6. COMPENSATION & PENSION EXAM PREP

You’ll Be Ready!

Just because you filed your claim, doesn’t mean you are done. Our coaches will help you get thoroughly prepared for the “big day” when it comes, so that you can share your honest journey during the C&P Exam.

7. CLAIM DECISION

We’re Here With You

When that decision letter comes in, we are there to celebrate with you. If we feel there is still potential to increase your benefits, then we will instruct you on the next steps.

8. ENDURING SUPPORT

Extended Resources

If Needed for an Appeal our Team will connect you with some expert-level resources for a Higher-Level Review (HLR) or we can repeat the process for additional supplemental claims.
